Service 01
An Independent Medical Examination (IME) is an objective, third-party medical evaluation performed to answer specific legal or administrative questions. No physician–patient relationship is established, and no treatment is offered or implied.
Dr. Korzeniowski conducts IMEs for insurers, defense and plaintiff attorneys, employers, and administrative agencies. Every evaluation is conducted in accordance with applicable standards and documented with page-cited evidence.
Nevada standard: AMA Guides 5th Edition for workers' compensation impairment ratings. 6th Edition available when specifically requested — crosswalk explanation included.

Service 02
Permanent Partial Disability (PPD) ratings determine the degree of permanent impairment following an industrial injury under Nevada's workers' compensation system. Nevada adopts the AMA Guides 5th Edition as the impairment rating standard.
Dr. Korzeniowski has extensive experience performing PPD ratings for Nevada workers' compensation claims, with findings documented in a format designed for adjusters, counsel, and administrative judges. PPD evaluations are referred through the State of Nevada workers' compensation system.

A structured, objective chart analysis that answers the questions that matter most in litigation and claims work: What happened? When? Was care appropriate? Do the records support or refute the claim?
Record reviews do not require a physical examination and are available for cases across the country. Medicalogic LLC provides nationwide record review services.

A critical, evidence-first review of an existing IME report — evaluating the methodology applied, the records relied upon, the standards invoked, and whether the conclusions are supported by the documented evidence.
Rebuttal reports are available to both plaintiff and defense counsel and are prepared with the same rigor and page-citation standards as primary evaluations.
