Dr. Marek Korzeniowski is a board-certified physiatrist with more than two decades of clinical and evaluative experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, he founded Medicalogic LLC to provide focused, evaluation-only medicolegal services — independent of any treating relationship and free from the conflicts of interest that can compromise objectivity.
Dr. Korzeniowski brings a distinctive combination of clinical depth and medicolegal expertise. His training spans inpatient rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and occupational health medicine.
He is a certified independent medical examiner (CIME) and Certified Impairment Rating Specialist (CIRS), with proficiency in both the AMA Guides 5th and 6th Editions. Nevada's workers' compensation system adopts the 5th Edition as its impairment rating standard — an area in which Dr. Korzeniowski has extensive, documented experience.
